  • ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER / PRE ORDERED. WE DO NOT KEEP ANY PRODUCTS IN STOCK UNLESS THAT IS STATED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. 

  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 8-12 WEEKS FOR ALL CUSTOM WIG ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED, MADE AND SHIPPED. 

  • A RUSH ORDER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AND CAN BE FOUND IN THE MENU BAR (REDUCING SHIPPING TIMES TO 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS).

All package delivery is with USPS, business days are Monday through Friday. Please do not wait last minute to place an order for a special event that has a deadline approaching, it is advisable to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, weather or carrier delays. If shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we are not liable to refund or reimburse. If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to see if you would be interested in product substitution. If that is not a viable option for you and you would like to cancel your order completely then we will issue your payment as a refund. Due to problems with fraud and missing shipments all packages will be shipped with signature confirmation, meaning someone must be present when the shipment is expected to be delivered.

Before installing your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the hair in its best condition, correct length and texture desired. If you received your order and there was a mistake please email us immediately at contact@thelynncollections.com 

No refunds if your order has already been processed. All sales are FINAL

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have already been used.

All products listed above $500 will require ID verification after checkout has been completed. The name on the ID must match the customer's name on the billing address. 

Color disclaimer: Please keep in mind that phones and computer screens can not be relied upon to accurately represent colors. The color of each unit may vary depending on the lighting that was used in the image to showcase the product. 

MAINTENANCE

Some of the most common misconceptions made about lace frontal wigs and full lace wigs: They last long; They are easy to maintain; They will save money. Unfortunately, these conceptions are all incorrect. Lace is very temporary and also very expensive.

Opposed to lace wigs needing to be bleached, tweezed, tinted and styled they will also require weekly maintenance.

On average installs that are glued down usually last 1-2 weeks if you are not sweating or manipulating the hair.

Shedding on the lace frontal is to be expected due to the fact that the hair is hand tied by a single knot to the lace material, overtime "balding” of the lace is almost unpreventable.

Excessive shading is what causes thinning of the hair and bald patches on your frontal or unit. To minimize these effects it is very important that proper care is taken at home during combing, styling and everyday use. 

HAIR TIPS

⁃AVOID combing your extensions and frontal while they’re wet after washing and conditioning, always make sure to comb the hair before you wash it.

⁃AVOID using hot or very warm water when washing the hair.

⁃AVOID using greasy or oily products.

⁃AVOID using alcohol based products that will dry out your investment.

⁃Always comb your hair from TIP to ROOT, many people tend to forget this and comb the hair from ROOT to TIP which causes excessive shedding.

⁃ALWAYS make sure to thoroughly remove any adhesive from your unit or frontal prior to washing.

All wigs are customized per customers length, density and cap size requested. Allow up to 3-5 weeks for your order to process and ship.
